Synopsis

Ensuring economic security is one of the important tasks of domestic enterprises, as their activities are under the influence of threats that arise both in the external and internal environment. Each of the most common approaches to the economic security of enterprises in modern science - protective, resource-functional and harmonization - is effective, but the possibilities of their use to ensure the economic security of enterprises may differ significantly. On the one hand, the economic security of enterprises is almost a priori understood as a state of protection (today and in the future) of the enterprise from various threats. On the other hand, ensuring the economic security of the enterprise is also a prerequisite for its operation, which requires continuous coordination of interests. Despite the fact that the scientific achievements of modern security science are significant, and the areas of research are quite extensive, some issues of economic security of enterprises do not have a systematic solution. One of the main reasons for the disunity of such research is the limited systemic vision of economic security of the enterprise, as well as the diversity of approaches to its provision.
