PROFESSIONAL SUCCESS OF A TEACHER AS A FACTOR OF IMPROVING THE ACTIVITY OF A HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION

Institutions of higher education in Ukraine in the current economic environment, against the background of exacerbation of demographic problems, face an important task - the continuous improvement of activities to increase the attractiveness of consumers of educational services. Among the many factors that affect the attractiveness of the institution, one of the most important is the quality of training of future professionals, which directly depends on the professionalism of teachers who teach students, their professional success.
The problem of professional success is important to study in view of the changes needed in all spheres of public life of our country. An important role in these processes is played by professionally successful individuals who are able to change the professional image of Ukraine. Thus, there is an urgent need to study the psychological foundations of professional success in terms of harmonization of personal and social requirements.
Research focused on the study of professional and personal development of higher education teachers is relevant, because the achievement of professional success by teachers is the key to quality training of future professionals. Such research requires a systematic analysis of the work of scientists in order to further rethink them and create a modern conceptual model of professional success of a teacher of higher education.
