STATE AND PROSPECTS OF THE COUNTRY'S TRANSITION OF THE ECONOMY FROM A LINEAR TO A CYCLIC ECONOMIC SYSTEM
Synopsis
More recently, the world economy has functioned without restrictions, using available natural resources. The industrial revolution created the preconditions in the economy for the intensive use of natural resources. The benefits were concentrated for certain groups of people
in certain parts of the world and only for a limited time. The main disadvantage of this process is that accelerated resource extraction and consumer demand have spread globally.
Today, the main pressing threats to human existence are nuclear war, environmental collapse and technological breakthrough. They are all closely linked to both security policy and economic development. These threats did not arise yesterday, and the problems that exist because of these threats are waiting for time to be resolved.
