Synopsis

Based on innovative entrepreneurship, management, auto-formalization of economic processes and information engineering, the information economy creates new challenges of today. For the Ukrainian economy, the process of informatization is at the stage of active development. According to the socio-economic criterion, the percentage of the population employed in the information sphere is approaching 40%, and according to technical criteria, the period of informatization of society has lasted for more than 40 years. The development of information technology provokes the formation of an updated regulatory framework in the field of information technology; creating conditions for joining open information systems; development of telecommunication and information infrastructure; wide introduction of information and communication technologies in various spheres of management. These trends apply to potentially corrupt sectors: banking, energy, telecommunications and public administration.

Along with a large number of positive aspects of informatization of the economic sector, there are a number of risks, primarily related to large manufacturing enterprises. In today's world, most transactions are carried out electronically, the e-government system begins to work, growing Internet crime, fraud, fraud, monopolization of enterprises that have certain information resources. All this creates new risks that have been unknown until now. They combine elements of market risks, financial, informational, political, industrial, business risks, and others.
