BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES OF PROJECT MANAGERS IN THE PROCESS OF MODERNIZATION OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIETY

The choice of the European vector of state development of the people of Ukraine since 2014 involves the modernization of socio-economic development of society and bringing the criteria of such development in line with European social and economic standards. This requires the implementation of socio-economic reforms from central and regional governments to specific organizations and enterprises with the ultimate goal of increasing their efficiency and competitiveness in both domestic and foreign markets. However, the existing governance structures are quite stable and inert in the context of the needs of modernization of socio-economic development of society, rapid response to constant changes and challenges in foreign and domestic markets, study and implementation of European best practices in the process of their adaptation to Ukrainian realities. and introduction of new effective forms and methods of management.
