Ukraine's desire to integrate into the world economic space urgently requires reforms in the field of public administration, in particular, one of its effective tools - public financial control. In this way, the issue of adapting world best practices to the creation of a new model of financial control in Ukraine, including the control over the activities of higher education institutions, becomes relevant.
In most countries, the effectiveness of the public financial control system is ensured by the supreme body of financial control (VOKDF), which is independent in status.
