Synopsis

The experience of the first decades of the XXI century reveals the accumulation and exacerbation of numerous socio-economic problems of human life, the solution of which requires a radical change in the paradigm of social development. Within the generally accepted scientific and methodological approaches it is almost impossible to respond to the loud challenges of time: speed, consistency and unpredictability of change, exhaustion and inadequacy of resources, their uneven and unfair distribution, crisis of established cultural, moral, political and legal principles, economic paradoxes and shocks. The idea of maximum growth of gross domestic product as a criterion of well-being and prosperity is not justified due to the deep contradiction with the imperative of sustainable development and balanced functioning of all parts of a single social organism.
