The choice of strategy is influenced by many factors related to the socio-psychological characteristics of interaction in the educational organization as a whole, so the issues of identifying these characteristics, understanding their impact on the activities of educational organizations in general and its leaders in particular.
Today, in any educational organization, the management system determines the nature of the formation and development of the organization. And whatever development strategy its leader chooses, his style, motivation and nature of professional activity depend on many principles. Skillful leadership should be described as the ability to achieve goals and objectives, through the positive impact and characteristics of the interaction of the manager on staff and stakeholders.
