EVALUATION OF THE EFFICIENCY OF THE HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF THE ENTERPRISE

Globalization of markets and the international economic crisis lead to increased competition of companies for markets and various resources, which, in turn, increases the relevance of economic security in general and personnel in particular, as staff are both the object and subject of personnel security.
In the system of economic security, one of its main components is the personnel security system. Ineffective management of this system leads to high risks associated with low motivation and skills of employees of the organization, lack of understanding of strategic goals and ways to achieve them, improper performance of their duties according to job descriptions. Personnel threats are an urgent problem and need to be addressed.
